Reinstating Services: New Member Accounts and NYCHA Rent Payments

We continue our efforts to minimize crowding at the branches and to ensure the safety of members and staff. Protocols are now in place to allow us to resume accepting NYCHA rent payments and to open new member accounts. If the lobby is too crowded, we may delay opening a new account until there is enough space between people at the branch to proceed.
