Intuitive Counseling & Energy Healing From Any Distance

Everyone has bad days. Everyone feels down and sometimes, even hopeless. It's when you get stuck in a down turn that you have to look out. Discouragement can turn into depression and if it continues, depression can turn into hopelessness.

I have worked with clients who lost someone they loved to suicide, murder as well as natural causes such as a heart attack. The loss of someone dear to your heart is one of the most painful experiences a person can go through.

Elisabeth Kubler Ross author of the ground breaking book On Death and Dying talks about the five stages of grief, also known as the " Kübler-Ross model. " She later added two stages. They are:

If you are dealing with grief, you can go the traditional route of trying to get through each stage of grief the way Elisabeth Kubler-Ross outlines.

Or if you are still struggling, you can choose to sign up for as little as a few sessions with me and I will bring you to a place of complete inner peace about your loss in as little as 3 sessions or less. The Pechet Healing Technique I have developed is incredibly gentle and effective.

Quote from Stephanie:

“With Ellie’s gift of healing she was able to clear my grief. What a load was taken off me! So incredible! I am able to wake up each day happy with such peace inside! The grief is gone and I feel my loved ones with me!

Quote from Stephanie about work I did (also remotely) with her son in law:

“Oh Ellie I'm so happy!! I spent the day with the kids yesterday Annie and Aaron. Aaron looks so good… his countenance is so much better. He seems so calm in his behavior. I could see a really big difference. He says he feels good. Thank you so much, I can't wait to see what more you can do for him!” Stephanie Barnett

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month a time to share resources and stories in an effort to shed light on this highly taboo and stigmatized topic.
According to NAMI , the National Association for Mental Illness,
Suicidal thoughts, much like mental health conditions, can affect anyone regardless of age, gender or background. Suicidal thoughts, although common, should not be considered normal and often indicate more serious issues.

Another good link if you know anyone who has survived a suicide attempt is I recently had a meaningful conversation with Jennie Babcock, Chair woman for an important Suicide Prevention group in Plymouth, MA.

Loss of Spouse :

"There was not a day that went by that I did not have a deep grieving and longing for my husband. In one session Ellie was able to clear the terrible pain I was feeling and I am left with a profound peacefulness. Yes I still grieve and miss him, but with much more peace in my heart and knowing it is alright."

Quote of the month:
"There are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from."
