Dear Friend:
Because of supporters like you, 2023 has been a year filled with progress and the realization of our enormous promise. Please make a commitment towards our continued progress by making a year-end, tax-deductible contribution of $100 or an amount consistent with your ability to give. No amount is too big or too small.
Your generosity allows us to continue fulfilling our mission-critical work. 100% of your contribution will support our educational and artistic programs. Equally important, it will assist us with securing funding from other grant-making organizations. Yes…your support helps generate other, much-needed support.
As an incentive, those patrons who contribute $150 or more online or by mail by December 31, 2023, will receive a special invitation to join us at our June opening reception for our Women's Works Program production of, Zora: Whu celebrating the life of prolific Harlem Renaissance writer, Zora Neale Hurston.
Because of individual contributors like you, we have been able to achieve milestones despite the impact of Covid-19, which gutted arts communities around the country. Despite this impact leading to service delivery decreases, we continue to:
- Partner with community nonprofit organizations using our theatre offerings to support their missions.
- Provide free Childrens’ Programs
- Offer free and reduced-priced performances for seniors, military personnel as well as those living on fixed, low and moderate incomes.
- Develop public engagement programs connected to community issues to incite participation.
