Leeks good to me!
WHY LEEKS: Leeks are very high in Vitamins A & K, are good sources of Vitamin B-6, folate, iron, calcium & manganese, and are high in fiber! They belong to the allium family which is generally known to be linked to improved cardiovascular health & a remedy for inflammation.

FUN FACT: Leek growing is a competitive sport in some places, including in coal-mining regions of England, as the โ€œmanure from the pit-poniesโ€ was a perfect growing medium for the things. ๐Ÿ˜‚
