Spend a day with me this October

Live online · Friday, October 16 · 9am-3:30pm ET

Dear Friends,

A short while ago I wrote to invite you to spend a day with me in October. I know how those invitations go — read in a spare moment, set aside for later, quietly buried by everything due next. So this is a gentle second knock.

Friday, October 16 is drawing closer, and the room is filling. The workshop is still open, and your seat is still there if you would like it.

If you have forgotten what the day holds: it is one full day, online and live with me, to work on how you lead rather than on what is due next. We look at what the science tells us about training the mind, we practice foundational meditations paired with leadership reflections, and we build resilience the way it is actually built — through Purposeful Pauses, the small deliberate spaces where you stop reacting and start choosing. It is a discipline, not a quick fix, and it is trainable.

I keep the room to twenty seats, because the work is personal and I intend to know who is in it. Seats are $295, and because we are a nonprofit, financial aid is available case by case for nonprofit leaders.

Reserve your seat for October 16

If the timing simply is not right this season, I understand — the invitation will come again. But if some part of you has been meaning to clear the day, let this be the nudge that makes it real.

Warmly,

Janice Marturano

P.S. If it would help to bring a colleague, you are welcome to send this to them — leaders who train side by side leave with a shared vocabulary of the pause.
