The association office receives calls daily with requests, concerns, and complaints. The new addition of the SWR PULSE in our weekly eNewsletter will feature the most frequently asked resident questions and address community concerns.
Grass  - Reminder to keep your grass well maintained and cut. Per our guidelines, Each owner shall keep all improvements on their lot in a neat well maintained and attractive fashion. Each owner shall keep all shrubs, trees, grass, plantings and vegetation of every kind on such owner's lot free from disease including but not limited to oak wilt, well mown, trimmed, cultivated, pruned, free of trash, weeds, and other unsightly materials.

Trash  - All trash cans must be stored out of view and removed from the road within 24 Hrs. Per our guidelines, Except for a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the evening preceding a designated waste pick up day and ending at 7:00 p.m. on the designated waste pickup day, trash containers and recycling bins must be stored in one of the following locations:
  • Inside the garage
  • Behind the fence.

Basketball hoops  - Please remember to store away your basketball hoops when they are not in use. They must not block the sidewalks. Per our guidelines, basketball goals, or backboards or any other similar sporting equipment (portable basketball goals) of either a permanent or temporary nature shall not be placed within twenty feet (20') from the front property line of any lot or the side lot lines of corner lots or within five feet (5') of any interior side lot line without the prior written consent of the the Architectural Committee.

Mornings with the Manager
Have a question regarding your personal property? Need clarification on an ACC request, or simply just want to express a general concern or grievance?
Join your Community Manager, Brenda Tate, every other Tuesday beginning October 8 at 10 a.m. for Mornings with the Manager. Come by the association office for a cup of coffee and catch up on all things Stillwater.
If you can not attend the 10 a.m., join us Wednesday, October 9 for LIVE with Brenda & Stephen at 5:30 p.m.

National Night Out
