SWR Pulse
Animals - Regarding Noise - We have had quite a few calls regarding excessive barking. Please remember to respectful of your neighbors, especially during the late and early hours of the day. Per our guidelines - "No animal shall be allowed to make unreasonable amount of noise, or to become a nuisance".
Fences - Reminder that fading or broken fences must be maintained per our guidelines - "Each owner shall maintain all fencing places on the owners lot - Including the reconstruction or replacement of fences which are tilted more than 10 degrees from a vertical position and the replacement of broken or cracked wood pickets". Tip - if you are planning on re-staining or painting your fence take a chip off your fence with your current color and use it as a sample to bring to Home Depot or Lowes for a color match, but remember the staining, painting or sealing of any fencing must be approved by the HOA. You can stop by the office to pick up an ACC Request or you can find it on our website at www.stillwaterranchhoa.com under "documents and forms"
