Organic Cauliflower
Cauliflower is actually a type of cabbage which bears a large white flower head. The immature flower head is eaten as a vegetable. They look very similar to broccoli, however they have creamy-white flower buds. Cauliflower is most often roasted, boiled, fried, steamed, or eaten raw. Prior to cooking, the outer leaves and stalk are removed, leaving just the florets.
