Happy April, Neighbors!
It was great seeing so many homeowners at our March Board meeting. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify community policies for those new to our neighborhood. We had some great discussions and look forward to seeing you at our next scheduled meeting in May (meetings are held every other month).
The Board has been busy with the SplashPad renovation, but we are also finalizing community audits, including replacing safety equipment at pools, replenishing kiddie mulch at playgrounds, and repairing pedestrian gates. These updates will ensure residents can (safely) enjoy the amenities to the fullest this summer!
As noted in the March board agenda, we have made some recent staffing changes to better meet our community's needs. Please take a moment to welcome the new members of our team over the next few weeks, as they get to know our StoneGate family. We are making great progress and are thankful for your continued encouragement, support, and engagement.
