Pet Reminders

We love our furry friends in Stone Gate! Below are a few reminders:

• Check your fences often to keep your pet safely secured in your yard
• Keep your pets on a leash at all times when they are not in your fenced area
• Utilize the doggy stations and trash cans throughout the community

Don't allow your dog's barking to disrupt your neighbors at unreasonable hours or for a long period of time.

Pool Deposits

If your pool is complete, don't forget to notify management here. A friendly reminder that you must submit photos of your pool once completed to receive your $1,000 deposit back!

CFISD Boundary Changes

Vendor Spots & Sponsorship Opportunities

We are looking to enhance the 2023 Stone Gate neighborhood parties! We'd love to feature local vendors (kids welcome too!) & have a few sponsorship opportunities at family or adult-only events (s). Maintenance Updates

Copper Cove Playground Renovations



The playground located in the ungated section of Copper Cove on Gammon Oaks will be closed to residents for the next several months, starting the second week of February, weather permitting. During that time, the contractor will demolish the existing play structures and construct a new play area, including playground equipment, swings, and a canopy.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST

We are happy to announce that we are using a new work order program, MaintainX. Work order requests can now be submitted via this link on both computers and mobile devices. Once a request for a work order is submitted, the request can either be approved or denied. You will receive notifications for the request's status and when the work order is completed. Board Meetings:

Board meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every other month at 6:00 pm at the clubhouse. Agendas are posted on the community website. Residents are welcome to attend. If you would like to get added to the Resident Forum, please email Management.
