About The Instructors


Stephanie Minor, CFRE: Stephanie Minor is an award-winning fundraising professional, nonprofit executive, and strategic development leader who knows how to turn big nonprofit goals into real funding, stronger systems, and measurable results. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Development at the RAP Foundation, where her work includes strategic fundraising, grant development, communications, nonprofit capacity building, and community partnerships across Southern California.


Stephanie’s work has been recognized with several honors, including being named the 2023 Outstanding Fundraising Professional by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Desert Communities Chapter, being selected as a 2025 Women of Achievement Award finalist by the Inland Empire Community Foundation, and winning Desert Fast Pitch. She is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive and a Results-Based Accountability certified professional, combining fundraising expertise with practical, data-informed strategy.


Known for bringing strategy, heart, humor, and clear direction to nonprofit work, Stephanie helps organizations secure major grants and gifts, tell stronger stories, build smarter campaigns, and create plans that actually get used. She is passionate about helping nonprofits stop spinning their wheels and start building the support their missions deserve.



Greg Charleston: Greg is a nonprofit management consultant, educator, communications professional, and

nationally published writer.


Through the Regional Access Project (RAP) Foundation/NPO Centric, Greg leads workshops throughout Riverside County on grant writing, marketing, fundraising, and board and leadership development. He also coaches nonprofit leaders one-on-one and works with staff and boards to develop strategic plans. In addition, he serves on grant review panels across the country, including for several large private foundations.


Previously, Greg served as President and CEO of the Arts Council of Indianapolis, where he managed a $5 million budget and led a staff of 18.

He has served on numerous nonprofit boards and was an Adjunct Professor and Thesis Advisor in the Graduate Arts Administration Program at Goucher College in Baltimore.


Greg has been named a Distinguished Hoosier and was honored by the Mayor and City of Indianapolis for his community involvement and civic leadership.
