My sincere apologies to everyone whose treatment was impacted by my recent cancellations due to illness, and I thank each of you for your understanding that even dietitians get sick sometimes.

Speaking of feeling unwell, I finally finished a blog I started well over a year ago about my most recent - and perhaps last - marathon that ended in the back of an ambulance. It took me all this time to figure out how to satisfactorily articulate the commonalities between the day's events and my patients' nutrition work.

Last fall, Jonah presented on weight stigma in healthcare to some of the nurses, dietitians, social workers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been invited back to present on the same topic in March 2020, this time to the hospital's physicians and nurse practitioners.
