Stop Unnecessary Watering Don't Run Auto Irrigation in Winter

Water Your Lawn and Garden Only As Needed

Practice Smart Water Use... Every Drop Counts!

Watering by automatic irrigation schedules is a primary cause for excessive and wasteful water use. You should water your lawn and garden “only as needed” and avoid scheduled irrigation as much as possible to avoid unnecessary watering.

We suggest you use the semi-automatic or manual start feature on your irrigation controller to regulate how much water to use.

Watering by hand is still the most efficient way of watering your garden, however, if you do choose an automatic watering schedule, use a weather-based irrigation controller and/or a soil-moisture shut-off switch to prevent unnecessary watering.
