Gate City Brewfest is coming up on August 22, and PAL is looking for volunteers!
Volunteer age requirements vary by role:
- Ticket sales: 21+
- Bag and ID checks: 18+
- Wristbands: 16+
- All other roles: No age requirement
There are two shifts available. Volunteers who cannot stay for the full shift are still welcome to help. Just let the organizers know your availability so they can plan accordingly.
| Volunteer perk: Volunteers receive free admission to the event! Those working the first shift may stay and enjoy the rest of the day, while nondrinkers can attend during the first shift and volunteer during the second. Volunteers are asked not to drink while participating in the event. | | |
Final Football Equipment Pickup
and Required Paperwork

Thursday, August 6, is the final day for football equipment pickup. Equipment will be distributed from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Artillery Field, next to the football shed.
Families who cannot attend must contact Football Equipment Manager Kenny Record at newpark603@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
Please bring any outstanding paperwork, including your athlete’s birth certificate and current sports physical. Both documents must be on file before the first practice on August 10. Athletes cannot practice or play until all required paperwork has been received.
Sports physicals are available at ConvenientMD for a minimal cost.
Cheer families may also bring missing birth certificates or physicals to Artillery Field during cheer practice.

Get ready to pop for the Storm! Our Double Good fundraiser runs from August 14 through August 21, and every purchase supports Nashua PAL Storm Football & Cheer.
Families will sell Double Good’s award-winning popcorn, and our program will earn 50% of every sale. It is an easy and delicious way to support our athletes, strengthen our program, and help keep costs affordable for Storm families.

Cheer Shoe Collection Drive
We are collecting gently used cheer shoes for Storm athletes in need. We have families looking for a variety of sizes, from toddler through adult.
Donations can be brought to practice or you can contact Coach Katie to arrange a drop-off.

What an incredible summer for Nashua PAL Storm! Our Kids Camp, Cheer Camp, and annual car washes were all a huge success thanks to the energy, teamwork, and dedication of our athletes, coaches, volunteers, families, and community supporters.
From building skills and making new friends to washing cars and raising funds, every effort helped strengthen our program and keep registration costs affordable while supporting expenses such as uniforms, gym rentals, field fees, and equipment.
Thank you for coming out, showing up, and making this a summer to remember. We cannot wait to carry this Storm spirit into the season ahead!
