Major General Gregg Martin

confirmed to appear Tuesday, Dec. 12

Tuesday with TED

Tuesday, Dec. 12, 3:30 pm

There is no one better suited to facilitate a conversation about Bipolar Disorder than Maj. Gen. Gregg Martin (US Army, ret.). After leading a battalion of combat engineers who paved the way for the invasion of Iraq, he learned how the pressure of organizing and leading life-or-death missions would alter the biochemistry of his brain. He'll talk about how the disease helped him -- until his grandiose thinking and bizarre behavior ultimately led to the end of his military career. His story should be of value to everyone who knows or cares for someone with bipolar disorder.

Complimentary, no reservations required.
