Straight A's for Quality and Safety!

CHA Cambridge and Everett hospitals received A grades for quality and safety. Find out what this means for you in this short video.
Moving on From the Pandemic
As we settle into our “new normal” we are making changes to our COVID services:

  • Vaccine Scheduling. Instead of calling a dedicated vaccine hotline, starting June 17, just call your primary care office directly to schedule a vaccine appointment at one of our vaccine clinics. You can also get walk-in service at our Somerville and Encore vaccine clinics as well as at our three CHA Retail Pharmacy locations.

  • COVID Questions. If you have questions, concerns, symptoms, or exposure to COVID, please call your primary care office directly.

  • COVID Testing. Our Drive-thru COVID testing tent has moved to the CHA Malden Care Center. We are also no longer doing public testing. If any patients want testing for any reason, please call your primary care office directly to schedule.
Favorite Birth Center and Maternity Services

Our Birth Center and Maternity Services won the Boston Parents Paper reader’s choice award! Thank you for your support. If you are pregnant or thinking about having a baby, find out more about our OB/GYN services and why so many people are raving about the care here.
CHA Celebrates Pride

This month, CHA kicked off Pride month by raising the LGBTQ+ flag on June 1st. We're celebrating Pride as a community throughout the month:

  • We’re improving our gender affirming care with better systems, starting by fixing a glitch in our new appointment reminder systems.
  • We’re hosting a panel discussion for our staff “The Rainbow After the Storm'' focused on LGBTQ+ health.
  • We invite you to read this powerful blog about raising a transgender child and being one -- written from both perspectives.
  • Our CHA Diversity Council book group invites everyone to join us in reading the prize winning LGBTQ+ book, “Girl, Woman, Other” by Bernadine Evaristo. Tell us what you think on CHA social media.

CHA remains committed to addressing the needs of the LGBTQ+ communities every day of every month. Happy Pride!
Help Immigrants Avoid Scams
As we welcome newcomers to our communities, there are some people who are more vulnerable than others. There is a growing number of scammers preying on immigrants who are seeking legal advice. Please share this link with anyone you know who is looking for legal assistance and may be at risk.
