Homeowners,

On or about December 16th, Leo Jr will be trimming hardwood trees and coconut palms. Hardwood trees will be done at the expense of the board and the coconut palms will be directly billed to the homeowner by Leo Jr. 

If you have any questions or concerns about the coconut palm trimming, please contact Cliff at 986-1740. Coconut palms will have a mandatory trimming prior to hurricane season next year.

If you find that you need tree trimming outside of the hardwood trees and coconut palms, please contact Cliff directly.
