Strategic Plan: Defining Campus Values
Colleagues,

Thanks to all who facilitated or contributed your thoughts in the development of our University strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Because the COVID-19 situation has dramatically changed how we work over the past several weeks, we have developed a modified path forward for strategic planning efforts and are extending timelines, though the phases and steps will remain the same. 

As a final data-collection step during Strategic Planning Phase 3, we want to gather the campus community’s perspectives related to our campus values. This survey is anonymous. It is intended to gather the most important values that you, as members of the Idaho State University community, believe in, as well as the aspirational values you believe we must develop moving forward.

Please use the Qualtrics-based survey link to provide your input no later than Friday, May 15 . This survey should take 2 minutes or less to complete.
In September, the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) will be synthesizing your responses for both SWOT and values inputs, and will draft initial University SWOT and values statements. Once drafted, these will be shared with the campus community for feedback during the fall semester.
