Strategic Planning May Update
Dear Employees,
We are excited to announce that our strategic planning process is almost complete! Our plan, Momentum: 2023-2028, was approved by the College's Board of Trustees and was sent to the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education for review and approval.

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to the planning process.
First and foremost, we extend our gratitude to our planning partners at Campus Works. Our Campus Works leads Javon Brame and Samantha Kessler played a critical role in the development of the plan. Their expertise and guidance set a framework for our entire process, kept us on track, and ensured that our plan is aligned with the College's vision and mission.
We would also like to express our gratitude to our Trustee Liaison, Elizabeth Oleksak-Sposito, her insights and guidance were invaluable in ensuring that the plan was aligned with the College's priorities and goals.
Furthermore, we would also like to extend our thanks to the members of the Strategic Planning Task Force, who contributed their time, energy, and expertise to the development of the plan. Thank you for your commitment to the College's success and your contributions throughout the planning process.
Finally, we want to thank the entire community for their participation in the planning process. Your feedback and ideas shaped the plan and ensured that it reflects the needs and priorities of our community. We are confident that the plan will provide a roadmap for the College's future growth and success.
