Dear School Community,
Phase one of our strategic planning is to hold Community Engagement Roundtables (focus groups) to help guide our process.
Community Engagement Roundtables will be opportunities for stakeholders (staff, students, parents, alumni, and community) to come together and listen and learn from each other. Each session will have a maximum of 100 people.
Sessions will be held on:
Thursday, May 19 in the Chagrin Falls High School Commons.
3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 24 in the Chagrin Falls Intermediate School Cafeteria.
4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
You will receive a confirmation email once your day and time are confirmed. We can only accommodate 100 people for each time-slot. Any stakeholder, student (grades 7-12 with parent/guardian permission), staff, parent, alumni, community member, may sign-up. Each stakeholder will choose their first and second choice for which date and time they would like to attend. Each stakeholder may only attend one time-slot given the limited space available. Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We will also need at least three hospitality hosts who are familiar with the location for each session. If you are interested, please check the appropriate box on the form.
