Due to the increasing urgency of our DSP workforce crisis, The Arc New York refocused the staffing initiative portion of our strategic plan and provided additional resources to address our workforce issues. There are now five separate subgroups working under the umbrella of this initiative. Each of these subgroups developed commitments for the next 90 days, which we are sharing below.

 

We hope that providing this information, which is also available on our website, better informs you all of the important work our organization is doing to address this critical issue, and demonstrates our commitment to identifying and implementing solutions to this long-standing problem.
