The approved Strategic Plan is a monumental achievement and will help us keep focused on the things that align with our mission, our long terms goals and our organizational strengths. We have determined that we are indeed STRONGER TOGETHER and that we are a force to be reckoned with in the I/DD field.
This week we will be having our first quarterly meeting of the Strategic Visioning Workgroup, during which the initiative leads will report out on progress, needs and goals. Following these quarterly meetings we will distribute meeting minutes and a high-level summary to keep all of the organization’s key stakeholder groups fully informed.
There is more work that needs to be done, but we are on the right path, together.
