Brig. Gen. Natan Israeli was born in 1972 and drafted to the IAF’s Flight Academy in 1991. In 1993 he completed the course and in 1994 was converted to the “Yas’ur” (CH-53) Helicopter.

In his years of service Brig. Gen. Israeli filled many command positions and served as Head of the Organization Branch in the Organization and Planning Department.

In 2012, Lt. Col. Israeli was promoted to the rank of Colonel and served as head of the Information Systems Department and Head of the Staff Department.

In 2016, he participated in a year of studies in the National Defense College, and was promoted to the position of Head of the Personnel Directorate.

Brig. Gen. Israeli has a Master’s Degree in Biology and Psychology from the Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Haifa, as a part of the NDC program.

Brig. Gen. Israeli is married and a father of three.

Mayor of Efrat and Chief Foreign Envoy – YESHA Council (Council of Jewish Settlements in Judea and Samaria), is a statesman, orator, lawyer, mayor and prominent advocate for the Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria.

Oded Revivi actively serves as Mayor of Efrat, to which he was elected in November 2008, re-elected in 2013 and again re-elected for a third term in Oct. 2018, simultaneously with his new role in the international community. 

Oded began his professional career as an attorney. As a lawyer, he provided
pro-bono legal assistance in various frameworks.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Revivi served for 4 and 1/2 years in the Israel Defense Forces Armored Corps as a conscript and subsequently an additional 25 years as a reserve officer attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) having commanded thousands of soldiers in multiple missions beyond enemy lines. Under his leadership and command, his tank regiment received the President of Israel’s Prize for Excellence. 

Oded Revivi was born in Israel, but spent several years of his childhood in New Jersey and England where his parents worked for the Jewish community.
