Bieber fever is contagious in Stratford since the opening of the Steps to Stardom exhibit at the Stratford Perth Museum. On the heels of the Olympics, Stratford hosts the Canadian Senior Men's and Women's Curling Championships. Then we celebrate the arrival of spring during the Swan Parade Weekend, April 7&8. Stratford Swan Parade, April 7&8


They are back! We invite you to witness this spring spectacle of swans parading to the Avon River led by the Stratford Police Pipes and Drums and flanked by curious onlookers. We're not sure who is watching whom, but it only happens once this year on Sunday, April 8. Comer early for the new Swan Fair filled with family craft fun, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Then don your swan hats for a Musical March starting from the Festival Theatre Lobby to meet the swans. Along Lakeside Drive, enjoy street performers, food trucks and swan related displays, all part of the Swan-y Street Party from Noon - 3:00 pm. Explore our bustling downtown for decorated topiary swans and hop aboard free carriage rides.
