Boulevard restoration and topsoil operations have been completed for the year. Hydroseeding operations will be completed next week. Please see below for the updated outlook.

Strawberry Lane is now open to thru traffic until crews are back on-site in the Spring of 2024.

November 27-December 1

Dormant Seeding: Dormant seeding is scheduled to take place in areas where topsoil has been installed. This is primarily north of the trail crossing area. For areas next to driveways that are still disturbed in locations where topsoil was placed: please note, the contractor will be correcting those locations and seeding them when they are back on site in 2024. All seeding measures will be reassessed in the spring for touch up as well. 

Spring 2024

Topsoil touchups, remaining irrigation repair, landscape restoration, and remaining boulevard cleanup items will take place in the Spring of 2024. Detailed updates will be released when the crews are scheduled to be back on-site next Spring.

Turf Restoration

Turf Restoration is ongoing and will take place after any general pavement and concrete repairs are completed. Final turf seeding and touch ups will take place in the Spring of 2024. Contractors will be responsible for watering lawns for 30 days, at which time residents will be notified that they are to take over maintenance (i.e. watering, mowing).

Tree Planting

Tree planting handouts will be provided in the coming weeks. Trees will be available for delivery in the Spring of 2024. 

Irrigation Repair

Irrigation repair is completed for the year. Any remaining repair items will be adjusted and repaired in the spring.

Topsoil Installation

Not all current boulevard conditions are finalized yet. Boulevard cleanup and imported topsoil will continue next year.

Landscape Restoration/Installation

Landscape restoration repair will take place in the Spring of 2024.
