Missing Nationals
We were supposed to begin swimming today in San Antonio for SCY Nationals.  MOST was excited to have our competition friends come into our backyard and had looked forward to the fast match-ups.  It was not meant to be.  Instead let's take a moment sometime this weekend and reflect on what Masters Swimming has meant in your life.  Write a quick note to yourself and if you like, send it along to me and I will share it with the team.
This year, USMS is celebrating, although quietly, its 50th Anniversary.  I'm sure they would love to hear the impact that this organization has made in your life.

Personal Notes

Congratulations to Katie Trembly (Stein) on the birth of new baby boy.  Amazing time to go thru something so amazing.  Both are healthy and safely at home.

Our prayers, thoughts, and highest energy are being sent to Lynn Dusenbury's husband.  Fran is dealing with an extremely rare form of blood cancer located on the inside his face, under his eye.  Three surgeries in nine weeks!  Fran has been our inspiring chauffeur at numerous big meets.  Always with a smile, he has happily picked up & dropped off countless swimmers between the hotel and competition pool.  Things are looking good, so please keep him in your prayers in the coming weeks.
