Healthy Practices for Ministry - Registration Open | |
Active Authorized Ministers and Members in Discernment - sign up today for the required Healthy Practices training on Tuesday, March 5, 2024! This includes active retired ministers, supply, and authorized ministers in leadership positions. It will be held in person from 10am-2pm at First Congregational Church of Hudson. Registration is $15 (MiDS attend free) and lunch is included. If you did not attend this past fall, please register to join us this Spring. | |

Sunday, March 3, 2024: Music at Bath Concert Series / Jeff Sonoda, Organi
“Let’s Go to the Movies” is the theme on Sunday, March 3 at 4:00 in the Sanctuary at The Bath Church UCC (3980 West Bath Road, Akron; 330-666-3520). Jeff Sonoda is presenting an organ recital of music from hit movies by many famous composers, including John Williams, Alan Silvestri, Hans Zimmer, and Alan Menkin. Video clips of the movies will accompany the music. Jeff has been the organist at The Bath Church for 16 years along with playing keyboard for various community theaters and choruses in northeast Ohio. Free admission; handicap accessible.

Our Nature Series: Join us for conversations and events centered around sustainability, climate, and environmental action around our region
This workshop teaches participants how everything is connected in the climate crisis. The goal is to empower participants with an understanding and language to be able to speak to issues and empower them to build a community toward action. Explore climate science, processing climate anxiety, and ways forward in this multi-generational interactive experience.

Registration is OPEN for all of our camp sessions!
We are offering a half week Pathfinders event for those who want to “try everything” and only commit to a half of week. If your camper is ready for the full week, we will be offering our weeklong sessions of Camp Out (LGBTQIA Focus), Music Mindfulness Art Dance Drama, and Sportscamp.
Join us for Grands and Family Camp! We are offering 3 sessions this summer! Another new opportunity is “All Ages Family camp”. If you have grandchildren that have aged out of Grands and Family or younger children/grandchildren, we now have a session that everyone can come to. We hope to see many of our families return.
Adults 21 and over can join us for our new adult camp, Seek and Sip.
