Welcome to the April 2021 edition of Street Talk, updating you on street and other roadway and infrastructure projects in Garland.
Street Overlay: What to Expect
Many of you may wonder what you should expect when your street gets revamped. In the video below, Patty Moran, your new Streets Communications Specialist, explains why the Street Department uses asphalt overlays to improve the streets of Garland. She also lets you know what to expect when your own street is scheduled for this procedure.
