For a better us.
Strengthening Community since 1868
Since the founding of the YMCA in Saginaw in 1868 we have faced challenges and provided solutions to our community’s greatest needs. Our challenges today test our resilience and cause us to adapt again to support our neighbors. Our Community Impact Report highlights the year behind us and many of the ways we have provided essential services.

The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is today’s challenge. We have responded quickly and expended our Mission Nutrition feeding program, now serving up to 900 meals daily. We continue to connect partners and members, doing our part to support the needs of medical professionals. We are virtually connecting with our health seekers, especially those we were serving through our Evidence Based Health Initiatives and those most at risk of social isolation, to continue the sense of community even while apart physically.

We ask you to join us in our work. If you are member, we ask that you stay with us and continue to pay your membership fees during this closure so your Y can remain strong and able to help others during this time of uncertainty. If you are not a dues paying member but want to be a Y advocate we challenge you to donate today!

By default, we have put all membership dues on hold until we hear from you. To join us in service to others, to become a Cause Driven Y Mission Member, we ask you email us at Membership@SaginawYMCA.org and let us know you want your dues to be contributed towards the life sustaining work the YMCA is delivering. Support us in service to youth and community. We will recognize your gift for tax purposes reflecting the value of your donated membership fees through the duration of our closure.
Thank you for your support of the YMCA of Saginaw.
