Be Open About Mental Health Struggles
As part of a campus wide effort to decrease the stigma of mental illness, the wellness program reminds those suffering from depression that talking about it will help you and those around you.

Watch this great TED Talk from Kevin Breel who discusses the importance of being honest about depression. The more we discuss this very common mental illness, the less stigma attached AND the more likely people will be to seek help.

As a reminder, Impact Solutions (the university's EAP vendor) offers FREE, confidential counseling for CWRU faculty and staff as well as their family members. Learn more about Impact Solutions on the Wellness Website or by calling 1-800-227-6007.
