Stress Management Workshop for our Inspiring Professionals
Radhika Atluri, our Director in India, organized a workshop titled, "Psychology First Aid: Helping Others in Times of Stress."
Our university graduates are currently working in challenging professional positions, mainly in tech industries. They face a wide range of difficulties as they adjust to workplace demands. Promotions/lack of promotion, changing roles, new skills to learn,
and continual demands from management can have a big impact depending on how our Professionals respond.

This workshop, conducted by a professional Psychologist, gave everyone a chance to talk about relevant issues in life and at work.

Drum Sounds for Morning Line Up

It is the tradition in Hyderabad for a student to beat a drum to announce it is time to come to school.

In this photo, students are lined up to greet visitors while the drummer announces the arrival of a special guest.

Most families do not have alarm clocks. Children are expected to line up in an orderly and quiet manner by grade level. Each school has the Flag of India and all children recite the pledge. Often there is a message from the Headmaster, a prayer and a patriotic song.
Continuous Repairs

With 9 campuses, ongoing repair and maintenance is very important. Headmasters do not have the funds needed to keep everything in optimal condition.

Chandra Sekr, our Operations Manager, works closely with each of our schools to make sure repairs happen in a timely manner so that each school stays functional and is a place where students are proud to study and parents are proud to send their children.

This photo shows damage of pipe which brings water to the toilets. The drainage water was getting mixed up with water from the bore well and was at risk of contamination. It has been repaired and is now risk free.
