Mental stress is everywhere – too much technology, not enough technology, social changes in school and the family, later parenting, dating, not dating, prenatal thoughts, maternal smoking (I have a theory about parents that smoked when you were young), climate change, water pollution, car exhaust, air pollution, lack of sleep, viruses, and more. Unfortunately, many kids and adults will be forced into dangerous drug therapy when these top 3 things can make a significant positive change.
1. Lose weight
If you are even 5% over normal body weight you are creating extra stress in your body.
2. Walk
Do this daily for at least 20 minutes at a brisk pace (swinging both arms at the shoulder joints).
Part of the time it should be a little difficult to walk and talk because you are breathing hard.

Mental Stress: Cataplex B (6-9 daily) from Standard Process. Do a minimum of 3 months.

Hyper kids: Cataplex G from Standard Process. If you or your kids are hyper, they also need Cataplex G (6 daily), which is the calming portion of the vitamin B complex that we call vitamin G.
- Slow, lethargic, depressed: If you feel slow or your kids feel slow, lethargic, and depressed, the dose would be Cataplex B (9 daily) and Cataplex G (3 daily)
- If kids are hyper or display ADHD, the doses would be Cataplex B (6 daily) and Cataplex G (9 daily)

If kids have growing pains, fevers, muscle problems, and constant fidgeting and nervousness, they need calcium – real calcium. Give them Calcium Lactate (3-12 daily) – the natural, low-dose calcium product made from vegetables.
