Celebration you might ask? Heck yes! For all the resilience, perseverance, new levels of team output, and redirected attitude you have shown throughout this journey.
We would be remiss to send any message now that didn’t acknowledge the hurt going on in our world. Our team strives to learn how to be part of the solution and to have a positive impact on the world. If you have suggestions, we are listening! Something that helped us understand is this

As you know, the first step in our strategic planning process is Listen and Learn. The AA organization would say the first step to admit you have a problem. It’s safe to say we're all squarely through Step 1 of the recovery program! From here it's about listening, learning, and seeing what we can do differently.
In our small piece of the world, in the spirit of resiliency and hope, we plan to make a positive impact on the .001% of businesses and help more businesses successfully make it to $50 million and beyond, many of our clients are growing 2x to 4x that number.
We will be sharing our process of Strategic Empowerment through Stretch “healthy” Leaders, Strategic Plans, and Streamlined Teams. We will enjoy sharing our journey through joining forces and the empowerment we see in the companies we have the opportunity to serve.
For now, we celebrate that we can learn through a Pandemic and the heartbreak our country is going through together. Does that sound crazy? We’ll accept that. But we choose our attitude even when our goals get waylaid. We find hope through making plans, trying, celebrating and trying again. Keep trying.
