All you need to become a great pitcher is the right information, the right training and the right work ethic. 💥⚾🔥


The first movement of your delivery determines the length and direction of your stride. 

If you nail that, you’re more likely to have a good stride. If you don’t “carry the number”, your stride will be short and misdirected. 

The fix actually is very simple. Just not the way most coaches are teaching it.
