Ever-living God, We pray today for those who feel lonely in our society. We ask that you come into their lives to bring them comfort and consolation in the desolate moments of their lives. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, may they be inspired to recognize the goodness that life can bring and to realize that they will never be alone in their struggles. May you continue to walk with them through the many loving people around them. Make them feel loved, Lord, and help them in their struggles and never leave them alone. May they be able to listen to your voice and feel your presence in their life. We make this prayer, through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives with you and the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever.
