June is Men's Health Month.
While many men spend their lives caring for families, supporting others, and showing up when they're needed, their own health often moves to the bottom of the list.
- Less than half of men get an annual physical.
- Men are more likely to delay medical care, even when something doesn't feel right.
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout often go unaddressed, despite their impact on physical health, relationships, and overall well-being.
The good news? Small steps can make a meaningful difference: Scheduling a checkup. Having a conversation. Paying attention.
Sometimes the most important reminder is for ourselves. Other times, it's for the fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, and friends we care about.
