Top Brass: Associate Provost Karin Beck welcomed New York State Chancellor of the Board of Regents Lester Young, Jr. for a visit to congratulate the Celia Cruz High School Big Band on being finalist in the Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Competition & Festival.
