Meaning: Strong as a rock; unshakable.

Original: “新时代的中俄关系，要大力促进民心相通，夯实世代友好的民意基础。70年来，无论两国关系经历何种变化，人民的友谊始终坚如磐石。" ​​​​

Xi Jinping used this chengyu during his speech commemorating the 70th Anniversary of China-Russia relations in Moscow on June 5th, 2019.

Job Opportunities
The Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy , the Beijing Center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator and a Development Coordinator . These two positions will report to the Director of the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy in Beijing.
