A Message from the Vice Chancellor

Welcome back, Student Affairs team!

I hope you all had a restful and restorative break. I’m sure, if you’re like me, another few days off would have been welcome. I wish I could say that we are embarking on a new semester that will offer fewer challenges than the last. While we are definitely seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, I recognize that the next couple of months will continue to test us, our students, and the university and community. We do this work because we care about our students, a fact that I see exhibited by so many of you daily. Know that your colleagues and our students value all that you do to lift us up with your hard work.

We enter a new year with new hope, a considerable amount of work to do, and much appreciation from me for all that you do to improve the lives of Carolina students!

I hope to see you all next Friday for the Student Affairs January Town Hall! As it is our first meeting of the year.

If you have any questions, please submit them by 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Happy New Year!
Amy
