ACC continues moving forward toward Finals Week by providing academic support on multiple fronts. Students have new some e xam and assessment options available during spring and summer 2020. Remember, it's best to ask your instructor about the testing method that will be used for your course. Here is a brief overview:

Online Classroom Testing
With all face-to-face courses converted into an online format, exams for online courses may include  Respondus  testing at home and  ProctorU  third party remote testing. Please check your class Blackboard and contact your professor for details on how your course exams will be offered.

You can consult the  ACC ProctorU page  for guidance on how to request testing if your professor requires you to use  ProctorU  this semester. Please ensure that you schedule your test at least 72 hours ahead of you taking your test.  Students who attempt to schedule a proctoring session less than three (3) days in advance may be subject to fees. ACC will not reimburse these late fees.

ACC Online Live Proctoring
ACC Testing Center personnel will monitor testing sessions live through Google Meet while you take your exam. The platform is designed to accommodate Chromebook users, as well as students with Windows or Mac PCs and laptops.

This service is available during:
Monday – Thursday: 9am to 7pm
Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Students must submit an ACC Online Live Proctor Request Form for each test they need to schedule. They will be asked to provide three preferred windows of availability for a test session. Requests must be submitted at least five (5) days before the first preferred window of availability.
