Schedule changes can be made on Monday, August 10th, Tuesday, August 11th and Wednesday, August 12th in the STVM Student Center from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you are more comfortable with a virtual meeting to discuss schedule changes, please email your child’s school counselor (Freshmen & Juniors - Ms. Christa Hovey at firstname.lastname@example.org or Sophomores & Seniors - Mrs. Emily Boarman at email@example.com) to schedule a virtual conference.
Just a reminder about schedule changes:
Schedule changes will be made only when there is a critical reason for change. Schedule changes will NOT be made for the following reasons:
- To get a different teacher
- To have a class at a certain time
- To have less than seven classes per semester
Also included with this email is a teacher supply list. Each teacher has identified items necessary for his/her specific class. Please use your student’s schedule to identify teachers and the required items for each class. At the top of the document is a list of general supply items that ALL teachers are requesting this year. Every student should acquire those items, in addition to the items for specific classes. We would like each student to have his/her own set of common school supplies to limit the sharing of these items.
