“How do I motivate my students now?”
is a question that has taken on new meaning in the context of school closure.
Classroom comradery, grades, a quick one-on-one meeting out in the hall, publication celebrations, hands-on projects, honor roll assemblies--whatever methods we have typically used to motivate students--are no longer available to us. Or, not in the way we’re used to.
