Dear Jewish Academy Parents,

All Jewish Academy Students may access the Jewish Academy Portal in order to:
  • View class assignments, grades, and the school calendar
  • Submit work
  • Login to i-Ready
  • Among other additional features.
Each student has their own unique account username and password. A link to the Student Portal can be found on TJAonline.com.

See the student instructions below to sign up and login to the Student portal.
Step 1:

Go to Gmail.com
Step 2:

Sign in to Gmail with the following credentials:
  • Username: firstnamelastname@tjaonline.com
(i.e. Moshehecht@tjastudent.com)
  • Password: TJA12345

*In order to protect your personal information, we require students/families to change their password to a secure password.
Step 3:

Once logged in, find and click the email sent to with the subject:
"Welcome to The Jewish Academy Portal!"
Step 4:

The following text will be visible:
"Please sign up using the following link and create a password:"
Click this link
Step 5:

The sign up window will be visible. Students school email address will be auto populated into the signup box. Students must then type in a unique password that they will remember in the future to login to the Student Portal.
Step 6:

Once logged in, the following screen will appear. From this window, students will be able to view upcoming assignments, view their grades, and submit assignments.
