Data Dives

Greetings, my assessment friends!

Floating into summer, I can't believe it's already that time again - time to dive into your data, reflect on services and changes over the last semester, and charrette time!

Once again, IAA is thrilled to host charrettes over the next week. Student Services Outcomes Charrettes offer you a chance to reflect on successes and identify opportunities for improvement. Riding the wave of your feedback, we have implemented changes to the charrette format that will make them even more useful for you.

As a reminder, the due date for spring 2024 Student Services assessment document is Friday, May 31st. This date has been adjusted from previous spring deadlines to allow enough time for all Student Services assessment documents to be included in the 8.2.c. Compliance Certification for our SACSCOC Off-Site Review. Check out the Improvement Plans graphic below illustrating how the previous Use of Assessment Results for Future Improvement should be addressed in the spring 2024 Impact of Past Improvements and Changes section of the assessment document.

Similar to last semester, assessment coordinators will receive assessment document submission instructions in an email from Brad Sturz via Smartsheet. All submissions will be subject to an initial quality check. Documents may be returned with a request for revisions. Please utilize the appropriate word template (not google docs) and work from your most recent assessment document to minimize potential revision requests.

If you're swimming in data and would like to chat, please reach out.

Excited for a splashing time together,

Serena
