Sexual Assault Awareness Month
A message from Officer RJ Faldowski
As you may know by now April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Here at WVNCC if you experience a sexual assault you do have options in reporting it. It is your decision whether to report it not to report.

You can report through either one or both of these channels:

  • Report to Law Enforcement. At the Wheeling Campus, you can report to Officer Faldowski. At New Martinsville or Weirton, staff will gladly contact the local law enforcement to meet with you.
  • Either/or also report the sexual assault as a violation of the college’s code of conduct and Title IX. At WVNCC if you decide to report to staff or faculty, the Title IX coordinator Stephanie Kappel will be notified and will be on contact with you.

Virtual Open House week begins on Monday!

Know anyone who is interested in attending Northern? Encourage them to attend any of our daily information sessions or our Saturday general event.

Prospective students who attend any of the events will have the chance to win a $1000 scholarship!
