Trustees Pass 2024 Budget
As you may know, our budget is supported by your faithful financial support, a grant from the Illinois Great Rivers Conference, and income from our investment pool of endowments, trusts, and other funds. After careful review and analysis, it has become clear that these resources no longer provide the cash needed to pay for our current annual expenses. Most of our investment funds are in endowments whose principal amount cannot be used.
The Foundation Board of Trustees approved the budget on April 17. This budget represents a 47% reduction from the 2024 budget proposed last fall.
