Since the onset of COVID, Alotapilates’ policies have been based on the recommendations from the CDC and MDH. As you may know, the CDC has created a new COVID-19 Community Level Tool that classifies every county in the United States into low, medium and high categories correlating to COVID rates. The MN Department of Health is updating its guidance to follow these CDC recommendations.

In alignment with the new recommendations and taking into consideration that the emergency face covering ordinance for St. Louis Park expired on February 23; Alotapilates is changing its mask policy effective Monday, March 7, 2022.

Masking will be optional in the Studio when transmission in Hennepin County is LOW or MEDIUM. Masking will be required when the community level in Hennepin County is HIGH.

Please feel free to continue to wear your mask while at the Studio and if you would like your Instructor to mask up, just let them know. Please know that masking requirements for Alotapilates are subject to change given new CDC guidance and/or MDH guidance.

This is a positive shift we are excited to welcome. Thank you for continuing to look out for each other. We are all still in this together.

In Good Health,

The Alota Gals
