LCTV News July 11, 2023

Hello Claire,

If you drove past the LCTV Studio this morning on Sheepscot Rd, you might have seen the Chase Tree and Tractor crew working to clear some trees. This is part of a larger plan to improve our parking and make the Studio a more inviting place to visit. Thanks Chase Tree and Tractor for your work!

It's another busy day of shooting for the upcoming episodes of "Coastal Currents" with Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust. This morning, we started the day at Pemaquid Beach in Bristol to learn about water quality monitoring, took a walk at the Pemaquid Pond Preserve in Bremen, and then moved on to Coastal Rivers Round Top Farm headquarters in Damariscotta.

A fine way to spend a day if you ask us!

Medomak Valley Fall Football Plans

Even though it's high summah, we're already planning for fall high school sports. You asked for more games and we're going to bring you both Home and Away football games for Medomak Valley.

We'll have Sponsorship opportunities available soon, to show your support for our student-athletes and LCTV.

Read on below for the rest of this week's new shows, links to last week's shows, community updates, and one-click access to new municipal meetings from Alna, Damariscotta, Newcastle, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset..
