Studio Update - March 16, 2020

RDC WILL BE CLOSED EFFECTIVE TODAY MARCH 13 TO MARCH 29
During our closure, we will be updating our families every few days by email. Some updates will have fun activities, some will have specific information about studio closure, some will have dance/training suggestions and some will have videos.

We will be preparing the following information for our families to ensure we are ready to go when we reopen

  • Each dance room and lobby area is receiving a super deep clean
  • All dance props are being cleaned and sanitized
  • All lobby entertainment items are being cleaned and sanitized
  • All recital dances are being filmed by the instructors and we will make them available to the classes as we get them
  • Our teachers will be making short videos (10 minutes or less) of exercises, combos, training tips and tricks to keep our dancers active during the closure.
  • All recital information will be finalized by our owners and administrative staff

What Can You Do At Home?

  • Stay active - dance at home, in the backyard, with your pets- have a family dance party
  • Stretch and condition every day - stretch, planks and crunches are a great way to work on flexibility and strength daily
  • Practice your recital routine - some of you may have partial videos already - you can start now.
  • Watch for our director takeovers of our Instagram account and be ready to respond to challenges!
  • Download activities from our emails and website for fun coloring pages, puzzles and games to play at home
OTHER SCHEDULING NOTES:

Tickets for recital will go on sale on Monday, May 4 th at 7:15am (not Monday, March 30 th )

Parents Week will be moved to April 6 to April 11.

We are planning for June recital to go on as scheduled on June 12 and 13 and will be using these two weeks to make sure everything will be ready to go.

Please understand that before 6pm the lobby is very busy, we have to handle the customers at the front desk first and sometimes it is difficult to hear the callers. We try to return phone messages within 24 hours.
