Bonapfel, bankruptcy judge for the Northern District of Georgia and author of the leading treatise on subchapter V: A Guide to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019, and Mark Sharf, a bankruptcy attorney and subchapter V trustee in the Central and Northern Districts of California, will provide an overview of subchapter V basics and provide practical insights as well as an overview of recent cases of interest reflecting how courts are applying the SBRA some two years after its enactment.
